Dr Nandor Jaross is a specialist in medical retina with a particular interest in diabetic eye disease.
He graduated with honours in medicine from Medical University of Debrecen, Hungary in 1983.
His specialist ophthalmology qualification was awarded in Hungary in 1987.
He completed his PhD in Medicine at Adelaide University in 2003.
His FRANZCO qualification was awarded in 2006.

Dr Dustin Pomerleau
Dr Dustin Pomerleau is a VR surgeon, medical retina.
He performed his ophthalmology specialist training at California Pacific Medical Center, San Francisco.
He subsequently completed a medical retina fellowship at Duke University and a vitreoretinal fellowship at the University of Alabama.
His fellowships also included training in ocular inflammation (uveitis) and ocular oncology.
Dr Pomerleau practised in the northeastern USA for several years before relocating to Australia.
He currently holds consultant posts at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital.
His clinical research is focused on retinal imaging, retinal manifestations of systemic disease, and improved outcomes in diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and the surgical repair of retinal detachment.

Dr Christine Tangas
MBBS, FRANZCO, FRACS
Dr Christine Tangas is an eye specialist and surgeon.
She is a University of Melbourne graduate who trained in ophthalmology at the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH) and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London.
She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Ophthalmologists.
She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons.
Dr Tangas is a general ophthalmologist with a particular interest and expertise in cataract surgery and the use of premium toric and multifocal implants to correct astigmatism and presbyopia in suitable cases.
In addition to her private practice, Dr Tangas is involved in training registrars as part of her public hospital appointment at RVEEH for many years.
She was Head of Clinic for 12 years.
She currently holds the position of Clinical Lead, Surgical Ophthalmology at RVEEH
Dr Tangas has been involved with University of Melbourne medical student teaching since obtaining her fellowship.
She was fellow of University of Melbourne's Department of Ophthalmology for 10 years, and continues to be involved in undergraduate teaching.
Dr Tangas has also taken park in the clinical teaching of optometrists when they have spent time at RVEEH's outpatient department.

Dr Rahman Nazari
Dr Rahman Nazari is a cataract surgeon and general ophthalmologist specialising in vitreo-retinal.
He graduated with honours in medicine from Tehran University Medical School.
He went on to complete his ophthalmology training at Farabi Eye Hospital, the largest tertiary eye hospital in the Middle East, in 2009.
He subsequently completed a further 18 months subspecialty training in retinal diseases and vitreo-retinal surgeries in Tehran.
He practice several years in Iran before relocating to Australia.
He has extensive experience in ophthalmic surgery.
Dr Nazari is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO).
He has many publications in international scientific journals and has presented a national and international conferences.
